The Commentator: Volume 53 - 1 May 2004

It has been a busy month for selection disputes at sports' appeal tribunals and the Court of Arbitration for Sport. There has been several appeals in canoeing resulting in at least 3 decisions of the CAS and the Australian press has made much of the battle for selection in shooting between Michael Diamond and Nathan Cassells.
