ANZSLA Webinar: UN Global Compact Network Australia - Preventing Corruption & Collusion in Major Sporting Events
5.00pm to 6.00pm (AEDT)
ANZSLA invites you to attend a webinar on Preventing Corruption and Collusion in Major Sporting Events with expert guest speaker Dan Wilcock, Head of Sustainability Governance, UN Global Compact Network Australia (UNGCNA). This session will be introduced by Martin Ross (ANZSLA President).
As a special initiative of the United Nations Secretary-General, the UN Global Compact is a call to companies everywhere to align their operations and strategies with ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption. The UNGCNA operates a stream of work focused on Bribery Prevention & Governance and is the host organisation for the Bribery Prevention Network. With Australia having entered a “Green and Gold Decade” of major international sporting events, the UNGCNA is working to bring stakeholders together to focus on preventing bribery, corruption and other corporate criminality in the business of sport.
