She serves on the NCAA Committee of Infractions and is an arbitrator on the rosters of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee Dispute Resolution Unit, the American Arbitration Association, FINRA, and FAIR Sports. Weston is a member of the Board of Directors for the Sports Lawyers Association (SLA) and Editorial Board for <em>LawInSport</em>. </span> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:12px;text-align:justify;mso-line-height-alt:16.8px"> </p><p style="margin:0;font-size:12px;text-align:justify;mso-line-height-alt:14.399999999999999px"> <span style="word-break: break-word; font-size: 12px;">Weston teaches U.S. and international sports law, arbitration, mediation, negotiation, international dispute resolution, and legal ethics. She is actively involved in promoting student advocacy in sports law and dispute resolution and serves on the ABA Law School Division Arbitration Competition and AALS Sports Law Section Executive Committee. Prior to teaching, Weston practiced commercial law in Colorado. She has <a href="https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/cf_dev/AbsByAuth.cfm?per_id=94954" style="text-decoration: underline; color: #0068A5;">published</a> extensively in the areas of Olympic & international sports law, arbitration, and disability law, including co-author of casebooks on sports law, arbitration, and dispute resolution, and. Weston earned her J.D. from the University of Colorado, and B.A. in Economics/Political Science at the University of Denver.
