The Commentator: Volume 89 – 22 December 2013

In the sole article for this edition, Annette Greenhow an Assistant Professor, Bond University and a PhD Candidate, Monash University discusses Litigation in the USA by professional athletes arising from concussion injuries sustained in the course of their involvement in sport. In her President’s column, Venetia Stewart reflects on the very successful ANZSLA conference in Brisbane in October.  She also reports on the ANZSLA Board elections held at the AGM during the conference.  Venetia also gives some details of a proposed symposium for New Zealand in 2014 and a regional event in Sydney in March 2014 to coincide with the playing of Major League Baseball matches in that city. In my editorial I discuss the continuing supplements saga in professional football in Australia.
