Welcome to Volume 68 The Commentator, the first edition for 2007 and my first ever as editor. I thank Paul Hayes for his contribution to the association and sports law as editor of The Commentator for the last two years and welcome his continuing contribution as editor of the Australian and New Zealand Sports Law Journal.
