As we predicted selection is the hot sports law topic in Australia at the moment.  There are several appeals in train at the moment and most of you will have read about Ian Thorpe missing out on Olympic selection for his pet event the 400m freestyle.  No doubt there will be more on selection once the appeals are finalised.
