ANZSLA invites you to attend a webinar on Conducting Sports Investigations: Best Practice Approaches to Procedural Fairness, with expert guest speakers Callan O'Neill (Barrister, 12 Wentworth, Selborne Chambers) and Lydia Dowse (ANZSLA Life Member and National Integrity Manager, Swimming Australia).  The session will provide practical guidance on conducting lawful and robust internal investigations, with a focus on minimising procedural issues and reducing the risk of legal challenges. The webinar will be introduced by Peter Divitcos (ANZSLA Director).
