This webinar will provide important updates on employment law amendments including: Respect@Work – a new approach to sexual harassment including the positive duty to eliminate and minimise sexual harassment; Fair Work Commission applications in relation to sexual harassment; extended timeframes for lodging discrimination claims under the Sex Discrimination Act; gender pay equity in Fair Work Act (including new objects, expert panels equal remuneration orders); WGEA changes; expanded flexible work requests and parental leave changes.
