Brianna currently works at Lévy Kaufmann-Kohler (LKK), an arbitration firm in Geneva, Switzerland, which is internationally renowned for arbitration and has a dedicated sports department.

Brianna provides specialised advice and represents clients in all manner of sports affairs, from regulatory, contractual and integrity (anti-doping, match-fixing, etc) matters to drafting and enforcing commercial agreements. Located in the international sports hub of Switzerland, Brianna has significant experience at the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), where she regularly appears on behalf of clients (primarily International Federations, however also athletes, clubs, coaches, agents and other sports bodies). Brianna works on a wide range of cases, but has particular expertise in anti-doping and both advises clients and appears before CAS and other international tribunals in such matters.

Brianna is also a permanent arbitrator at the international Basketball Arbitral Tribunal, seated in Switzerland, which was established to resolve contractual disputes between players, clubs and agents.

In addition to arbitration and counsel work, Brianna has an active interest in education. She is a member of the LawInSport Editorial Board and regularly publishes and speaks on sports law topics, including at conferences and specialist masters courses dedicated to international sports law. She has a Bachelor of Sports Management and a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the University of Canberra, Australia, and has been admitted as a solicitor in Australia since 2007. She also holds an LLM in International Sports Law from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economia in Madrid, Spain.

Brianna is well known internationally for her expertise in sports law disputes and has been listed as a National (Switzerland) and Global Leader in Who’s Who Legal since 2016, and as a Thought Leader since 2018. LKK was awarded with the Sports and Entertainment Firm of the Year in 2019.
