Hayden Tapper, Acting Programme Director, Testing and Investigations at Drug Free Sport New Zealand (DFSNZ) 

 

Hayden has been with DFSNZ since 2018 working as the Investigations and Intelligence Manager.  He has worked in law enforcement for 20 years including periods with the NZ Police, Immigration New Zealand and the Serious Fraud Office.

 

As well as looking after the DFSNZ testing team Hayden oversees the Results Management activities for DFSNZ.  He is currently a member of the WADA Anti-Doping Intelligence and Investigations Network (ADIIN) Expert Group..

Emma Johnson, Deputy CEO, Legal, Education and Engagement at Sport Integrity Australia

 

Emma is currently the Deputy CEO of Legal, Education and Engagement at Sport Integrity Australia. Emma joined ASADA in 2016, and headed up the testing and engagement team until December last year when she started in the Deputy CEO role. Emma has worked in federal and state government agencies in anti-corruption, national security and integrity portfolios. Emma was a professional athlete, swimming for the Australian team between 1995-2000, including the 1996 Olympics, where she won a Bronze medal..

Ian has acted for individual athletes, clubs and NSOs in a wide variety of sports, and proceedings before the High Court of New Zealand, Sports Tribunal of New Zealand, the Arbitration for Sport and numerous domestic Tribunals in relation to doping, selection, governance and conduct related matters.

 

Ian is a member of the panel of Arbitrators of the international Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), and the World Athletics Disciplinary Tribunal.
