Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) Sports Law in Switzerland

We are pleased to announce that the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is offering the third edition of the online course on sports law in Switzerland.

This course has been developed by internationally recognized sports law experts and is taught by the  be taught by renowned Swiss and international sports lawyers, Andrea Sherpa-Zimmermann, Omar Ongaro, Gianpaolo Monteneri, Jaime Cambreleng Contreras and Anna Smirnova.

As a standalone professional development course, the course is well suited for professionals working in the sports industry or aspires to get, involved in the industry of sports - including sports administrators, lawyers, sports agents, or intermediaries, current and former athletes, among others.

The course covers specific topics on sport-related issues including an introduction into sports law, sports governing bodies, sports governance, anti-doping, dispute resolution, Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS), and other topics.
