ANZSLA Webinar: Recent Sporting Disputes

ANZSLA and the Young Member Subcommittee invite members and guests to attend the upcoming webinar, Recent Sporting Disputes. The session will feature expert guest speakers Nicholas Baum (Barrister, Ninian Stephen Chambers) and Myles Tehan (Barrister, Dever’s List).  This event will be introduced by Peter Divitcos (ANZSLA Director).

The webinar will explore a range of recent sporting disputes, both in the courts and in tribunals, and offer some practical guidance about challenges facing sports law practitioners in dealing with a range of disciplinary, commercial and reputational issues for clients.
